Job Summary
This position will report directly to the Editorial Manager and provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Accountability Officer and Audit Executive (CAOAE), Editorial Manager, and other infrastructure personnel. Primary responsibilities will include managing the CAOAE’s and Deputy’s Outlook calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing emails, coordinating and documenting distributions of Internal Audit (IA) and Office of Accountability (OoA) communications. This position will have purchasing responsibilities and assist individuals with information pertaining to meetings, serve as the initial point of contact for the Internal Audit oce, collect and open mail, le and organize materials and supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
We are seeking an individual with demonstrated business acumen, excellent communication skills, detailed oriented, and knowledge of MS Office.
