Description
Position Title: Integrated Master Schedule Support
The individual in this role will have experience in the effective retrieval and use of pertinent data to create overall assessment while considering functional benefits, technical performance, risks, and schedule concerns.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Duties:
Update and maintain IMS, define and document process to collect updates, request and consolidate updates into IMS, follow up.
Flag issues with an update or missing information, prepare views/reports for things coming due in weeks, month, quarter, etc. Ideally transition to MS Project and/or JIRA seamlessly with minimal impact to team. Resource knowledge of Rolling Wave planning and Agile development.
Schedule management basics, MS Project basics, intermediate in Excel. Must be proactive, detail oriented, and not afraid to remind people who haven’t made updates/have stale dates.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Individuals working for SBG Technology Solutions, Inc, a DSS, Inc. will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills Required:
A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cost Accounting or related scientific or technical discipline with five (5) years of relevant experience. Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have the ability to prioritize to meet established deadlines.
Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or EAD to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active VA Public Trust Clearance is highly desired.
