YOUR TASKS
The Long Term Planning Coordinator Fleet Renewal supports the introduction of A/C into the European DHL fleet, supports extensive modification programs of the existing fleet and supports global fleet replacement programs on request.
Technical and administrative support during the phase-in of aircraft
Set up of the phase-in bridging check packages
Generate pre-load material lists for the phase-in bridging check for the logistic department
Create work orders for last performed checks to generate historical entries within TRAX
TRAX removal and installation of parts during the phase-in bridging check
Daily monitoring of the forecast during the integration of the A/C
Input of required data into Maintenance Software system (Closing of single work orders and work packages)
Final control of the performed work packages for completeness and archiving
Generate technical reports
YOUR PROFILE
Completed degree program and several years of relevant professional work experience or many years of relevant professional work experience as Aerospace or Mechanical Engineer or similar accredited experience in aircraft, engine or related equipment maintenance
Deep knowledge of relevant aviation legislation regulations
Good knowledge of IT tools
Fluent spoken and written English skills, German on a native speaker level would be an advantage
Strong planning and organizational skills
Strong problem solving capability
Desire to get the job done
Ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and simple way
Extensive technical background, including knowledge of technical records and planning
Strong interpersonal skills
Decisive and assertive with the ability to provide flexible, creative solutions in a complex environment
Demonstrated analytical, consultative and decision making skills
