HCM Solutions Benefits Analyst (Remote)

You will be effectively supporting and contributing to the operational aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM benefits administration, under supervision and with opportunities to develop further expertise over time.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of overall combined relevant experience.

Preferred experience breakdown includes:

  • 3+ years of experience in US benefits Administration; with roles such as Benefits Specialist, Benefits Manager, or Benefits Administrator. Including, experience with hands-on management of benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, 403B/401A/401K, life insurances, etc.
  • 1-2 years of business/systems analysis preferred, with a focus on data/HR analysis, HR technology, and compliance. In this function, candidates should have an understanding of regulatory requirements related to benefits administration and ensuring policies meet legal standards. Additionally, experience should include developing training materials (SOPs, user guides), conducting sessions for end-users and junior analysts and documenting configurations, processes and procedures.
  • 2-3 years within HRIS functions preferred; experience with participating in testing actions, including test case creation, execution, and documentation. Additionally, experience with providing support to HR and employees on benefits inquiries, issue resolution, and system troubleshooting.

Candidates with Oracle Cloud HCM are highly desirable. However, candidates that have familiarity with other platforms like Workday, ADP Workforce, or UltiPro within benefits modules, will be considered.

Job Summary

Develops, codes, tests, debugs, implements, and maintains complex websites and/or software. Prepares detailed specifications and recommendations for software, programs, and test procedures.


Essential Functions

Working with PC related hardware equipment, software applications, and telephony systems. Written and verbal communication. Interpersonal relations. Analyzing and organizing information. Project planning and leading project teams. Proficient knowledge of IT.


Physical Effort

Generally sedentary desk work with computer-keyboard-video phone other than traveling to other buildings on campus for meetings/events on occasion. Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
