Description

The Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking a Project Manager to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Private Sector and will directly contribute to development and implementation of business and mission efforts. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Meet daily with the customer and adjust the teams as needed to accomplish often dynamic requirements
  • Keep long term planning schedule to allow flexibility day to day while maintaining schedule for long term deliverables
  • Staff and utilize needed skillsets to accomplish all required deliverables on time and within budget
  • Ensure team of 20+ individuals are gainfully tasked and aligned to their skillsets to accomplish the required deliverables
  • Handle personnel issues as they come up, keeping issues from interrupting customer deliverables
  • Take personal responsibility for the quality of each deliverable, ensuring processes are in place to deliver at the required level with professionalism
  • Lead the team by example to ensure the highest standard of professionalism, quality and ethics is maintained
  • Adjust as necessary to keep the customer satisfied with team output and product quality
  • Be responsive, always have a plan in place in the event you are not present
  • Ensure the documentation of work is always up to date to ensure credit is taken for efforts expended
  • Evaluate team members for quality as well as career progress
  • Maintain customer sites current with group activities
  • Ensure proper storage of group deliverables

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
  • Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
  • Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
  • Working knowledge of architecture, data, and AI topics
  • Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Great planning and prioritization skills
  • Able to balance customer needs with long term deliverable timelines to accomplish changing prioritizations in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to inspire greatness from the whole team, utilizing the greatest skill sets efficiently to balance each team and raise productivity from the most junior members

Pay Range:

Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
