About the role...

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Temporary Manager to join our team at Walmart. The Manager, Temp Services (H) - (Total Rewards Services) will play a critical role in:

  • Communicating effectively in person or via email, visually verify information using documented step-by-step processes (preferably with project management experience or experience creating and following documented SOPs), and read and validate information
  • Create documents and reports, frequently using Word or Excel, and have a moderate to advanced understanding of Word (including track changes) and Excel formulas such as "vlookup," "if," "if then," and "nested IF" statements, as well as extensive use of pivot tables
  • Presenting information to both small and large groups using Excel or PowerPoint


Required...
  • Moderate to advance with Microsoft Suite (Word (Track Changes), Excel (Formulas), PowerPoint, etc...)
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person, or electronically (example: Email), with business Stakeholders in-person and electronically.
  • Able to verify information visually while, following step by step processes, often in small print.
  • Able to effectively Creates documents, reports, etc. (often in Word or Excel)


Min Quals:
  • 3 years' experience in human resources, operations, finance, or related area.

  • Knowledge in Human Resources, Compensation, Financial Accounting
  • Utilization of large datasets
  • Data analysis
  • Creating and following documented SOPs (Stand Operating Procedures)
  • Advanced excel skills such as conditional formatting and advanced financial formulas

  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Microsoft Word (Track changes and Version control)
  • Adobe Pro

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00-$51.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
