Responsibilities

1. Managed Team PD, resource allocation and resources availability
2. Do performance tracking of MHE Operators
3. Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new hires.
4. Ensure that the safety and quality standards as defined for DHL and the customer are maintained and managed through consequence on a daily basis;
5. Ensure that all staff under charge are qualified, fit and able to perform their duties and have the correct PPE to carry out their tasks;
6. Conducts 121, coaching and counselling to his team members.
7. Create One Pager Report, Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis on Safety Incidents
8. Creates productivity reports and analysis.
9. Managed WMS transaction and troubleshooting activities.
10. Ensure that all quality related findings are properly investigated, resolved, and reported thru generation of Quality Alert Report
11. Enforce proper 5S and area Standards.
12. Ensure consistent visibility on-floor (Feet on floor)
13. Conducts WI refresher.
14. Support Scheduling of imported deliveries
15. Operates MHE to support operations.
16. Responsible on receiving RTCIS transactions.
17. Responsible in ensuring in-process KPI’s are achieved.

Requirements

1. With at least minimum of 2 years experience on Supply Chain / Warehousing Industry
2. At least minimum of 1 year experience under DHL Supply Chain (For Internal Hiring)
3. Has strong people management skills
4. Flexible and adaptable to fast face environment
5. Can work on less supervision
6. Has good Communication and Analytical skills
7. Has knowledge on WMS and MS Application
8. Has experience on managing Raw materials
9. Has good reporting abilities
10. Willing to be training or can operate MHE units
