MHE Instructor - Military veterans preferred

Salary: £32,000 + shift premium
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) three shift rotation.
Location: Solihull - B92 8NW

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, you will:

• Conduct all Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) training in accordance with current legislation and company requirements
• Issues licenses, update skills matrix and ensure all training records are filed for all employees
• Arrange refresher and corrective MHE Training
• Be fully conversant with and comply with all current company rules, regulations, procedures, processes and polices, reporting any breaches
• Provide and support Manual handling training

• Possession of any accredited qualification, such as ITSSAR (desired) or RTITB (essential)
• Demonstrated expertise in MHE training is essential.
• Proficiency in computer literacy is a mandatory skill set.
• Proven experience in arranging and managing own daily schedules is crucial.
• Competency in filing and organizing training materials is expected.
• Exceptional communication skills are imperative for effective professional interaction.
