Support the Front Line Leadership to review the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of your area, including understanding and detailing best practices and deviations that may occur during the process' execution. |
Ensure you are properly trained on training matrix established for each position, including onboarding trainings to new hires - via training matrix and schedule and OMS Culture Dashboard |
Attend to Excellence School continuous trainings to ensure your development and continuous improvement culture as part of site routine in order to reduce deviation |
Participate in Behavioral Based Safety(BBS) toward safer outcomes. This is ideally by preventing an accident or injury before it occurs. |
Participate on monthly performance review provide feedback to immediate superior regarding on the KPI discussed (productivity, variance, dispersion, direct and indirect hours and resources needs)Â |
Participate on daily informal performance review conducted by immediate superior and seek advice to improve performance and other KPI's (productivity, variance, dispersion, direct and indirect hours and resources needs)Â |
Track your KPIs results as established on your respective KPI Tree and raise issues, challenges and opportunities to your front line leader. |
Participate on Process Confirmation with your Front Line Leader in order to identify deviations’ root causes and new best practices [individual] |
