Maintenance Associate - Military veterans preferred

Description:

This position is a per diem position to assist with lawn care, fall leaf maintenance, winter snow/ice removal; and carpet cleaning on as as-needed call in basis.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of running and maintaining equipment necessary to perform job functions.

Able to physically do the tasks assigned.

Be well organized with paperwork and follow through to complete tasks.

Must demonstrate a proven ability to work independently and willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Must pass general physical with ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds

Must have transportation

Agency will furnish equipment needed for projects
