Full Time: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F

A Client Services Support Specialist is accountable for delivering high quality, extraordinary customer service to both internal and external clients through day-to-day phone calls, emails or virtual appointments. These interactions may include resolving technical issues, product functionality inquires, training assessments, etc.
These interactions are highly sensitive and deal with confidential matters. A business professional image, phone presence and demeanor must be used at all times to achieve client satisfaction and retention while following all policies, procedures and federal regulations.
Successfully satisfy the initial request and refer any Treasury Services you may have uncovered during the interaction. Communicate to the Client’s Treasury Management Officer with any information they may need, to follow up with the Client.
To do this, a Client Services Support Specialist must have an understanding of BancFirst Treasury Products and Services, critical thinking skills and the ability to listen and communicate both written and verbal, in a fast pace environment.

REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn banking software applications
Knowledge of general banking and Treasury Management Products and Services
Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters, multitask and meet deadlines
Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Possess critical thinking skills
Excellent work ethic
Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
PREFERRED SKILLS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
