Working remotely and spread across multiple continents the Global HR Business Process Optimisation team is committed to collaboration and development.


Your key accountabilities include:


• Responsible for end-to-end processes, collection, assessment, documentation and standardization of existing processes
• Documenting the global Workforce Administration process including local adaptions, process-based internal controls and KPIs and make it available to all relevant stakeholder groups; thereby adhering to agreed process design standards
• Providing expertise and analysis on Business Process Optimization issues regarding design and documentation of the Workforce Administration process internally
• Performing end-to-end standardization of the Workforce Administration process in alignment with BPO peer group and assigned stakeholders of entities outside the HR organization
• Designing and incorporating suggested and approved changes to the Workforce Administration process; communicating changes to affected teams; keep all documentation regarding Workforce Administration process up-to-date; designing and implementing approved changes in the local adaptions of the Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Collecting and documenting relevant process tower knowledge and best practices to keep global design up to industry standards; sharing knowledge and best practices across regions
• Defining HR System improvements based on the updated process designs, fully supporting the end-to-end implementation including User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Defining process-based analytics, means of reporting (e.g. KPIs) and target performance in collaboration with performance management in order to assess success of improvement measures and to manage outsourcing providers and operational process teams
• Contributing to the development of a strategic roadmap for the Workforce Administration process
• Monitoring and reporting progress of own deliverables, highlighting any divergence from plans and communicating to project managers or superiors
• Identifying and analyzing risks, proposing mitigation actions and suggesting solutions for resolution of escalations


What are we looking for from you?

• Experience in process improvement or process management - Essential
• Good understanding of transactional HR processes – Essential
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – Essential
• Strong IT skills and knowledge of MS Office packages, specifically Excel
• Understanding of HR systems, such as Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP – Essential
• Ability to analyze HR Administration business processes and provide recommendations for optimizing them
• Good general business and operational management experience
• Fluent English
• Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally/divisionally with other staff
