Responsibilities
Your Role:
Collaborate with Product Management:Explore and identify new technologies that can be investigated, developed, or modified to enhance our product offerings.
Idea Development:Partner with our lab to create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and conduct rigorous viability testing.
Market Analysis:Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market dynamics and identify radical innovations that set us apart from the competition.

Skills and Abilities:
Proactive Contributor:You’re hands-on with strong written and oral communication skills.
Idea Evaluation:You have the ability to critically assess and implement new ideas.
Tech-Savvy:Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Education:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
Physical Requirements:
The role involves a mix of sitting for extended periods, occasional standing, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting. Manual dexterity is also required.
