Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly community outreach worker with excellent organizational skills to serve as a central and primary contact for research subjects, patients, and community members at the Center on Aging Clinic.
The candidate chosen for this position will work to support recruitment for and the daily operations of Alzheimer’s disease prevention and treatment clinincal trials. Essential job duties require 1) Communication and interpersonal skills 2) Organization and time management abilities 3) Computer proficiency 4) Dependability 5) Team player with the ability to work independently 6) Familiarity with medical terminology. A valid Kentucky drivers license is preferred. Experience with minority outreach and engagement preferred.
Specific job duties will include: telephone contact with community members and potential research participants; mailings, attending community events, assisting with research visits and data entry support.
