Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full time Personal Computer Support Technician in Corona, CA.

Summary: Working within guidance of the Activity Contract Technical Representative (ACTR), the candidate will perform tasks supporting NMCI, solving PC issues and other enterprise IT operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts asset inventories as required

• Prepares and submit Move/Add/Change (MAC) requests

• Coordinates NMCI deployments with NMCI contractor points of contact

• Administers inventory, and troubleshoots multifunction devices delivered under Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) lease

• Coordinates special NMCI activities, such as seat refreshes and building rehabilitations

• Works with the ACTR on NMCI related matters

• Coordinates the delivery of NMCI services with the respective Corona Departments

• Produces reports and provide metrics as need occurs to support the foregoing tasks

• Provides Windows-network based File Share administration on remote file shares

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance

• Cyber Security Workforce Certification

• Ability to communicate orally to gather and provide information and present conclusions and recommendations

• Ability to understand and use office productivity software including the Microsoft Office 2010 suite of software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)

• Ability to understand and use web-based applications

• Ability to review, monitor, and verify details in large data collections

• Ability to communicate in written form in order to compose easily understood and logical correspondence and reports

• Ability to gather, organize, and analyze data in order to determine whether information is valid and pertinent to a specific situation

• Ability to trouble shoot computer configuration problems (physical connections, driver issues, etc.)

• Ability trouble shoot computer network problems (physical connections, configuration settings, etc.)

• Ability to identify potential problems and resolutions to the ACTR

• Knowledge of the NMCI related computer-based tools, i.e. NMCI Enterprise Tool in order to maintain asset inventories, process MAC requests, and produce reports

• Knowledge of the NMCI contract to include the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLlN) in order to determine that the correct item was ordered/delivered

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in any IT related field

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $26.07 - $32.30 Hourly. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

• Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy

• Prolonged use of computer (typing and keyboarding)

• Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and move at least 25 pounds
