About the Team/Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Belonging, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to support the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives across multiple business areas. The primary focu s of this position will be to partner with the Senior Director of Associate Communities to build and implement our Associate Community strategies within the community pillar ( i.e. Walmart.org, local partnerships, volunteerism, and more) for all our global associates (corporate campuses, stores, supply chain, international segments).

What you'll do ...

  • Oversee nine Vice Chair s of Community & their committees ensuring they function effectively, develop key initiatives to increase associate engagement and foster a culture of belonging in the communities we serve.


  • Support President's Inclusion Council by building processes to support quarterly meetings and key partnership updates .


  • Manage partnership between Associate Communities and the Walmart.org team from associate volunteerism on the Spark Good Platform and supporting associate engagement in caring and connected community work .


  • Manage partnership between Associate Communities and constituent relations to support associate engagement in external partnership experiences, roundtables, and more .


  • Manage local partnerships by meeting with external local partners, making investments and influencing priorities that impact the state of Belonging in the NWA region ( i.e. Community Cohesion Project) .


  • Support Associate and Community pillar strategies, as needed .


  • Lead and consult on Associate Community Programming for the Belonging Office, ensuring the programming is effective and aligns with our overall goals .

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
