Overview

Our interns will receive hands-on training and support from their managers and company mentors, will support the day-to-day operations of their divisions, and may have the opportunity to work on various project teams.



Responsibilities

Paid internship will involve working on multiple projects within the Program and Education Program areas.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to submitting written articles on programming, developing new programmatic resources, graphic design/document layout, working with field staff on outreach programs, and assisting with curriculum updates, social media, events, and data entry.



Qualifications



Essential Skills:

  • Writen and oral communication skills
  • Experience with or interest in curriculum development
  • Organization and ability to multi-task
  • Computer skills including extensive knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and social media platforms
  • Research

Preferred Skills:

  • Desire to work in agricultural outreach including but not limited to consumer, youth and volunteers
  • Background or career interest in agriculture
