Intake Coordinator
This position is in the Research Administration Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor for the Health Sciences.
Compiles, consolidates, reformats, and inputs a variety of data into a computer, detecting and correcting errors. Resolves issues as needed.
This individual will be responsible as an intake coordinator for the review and tracking of research related documents. The position requires excellent analytical skills, excellent proofreading skills, and ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels. A successful candidate will have the ability to accurately and completely enter data into appropriate electronic systems, route information according to departmental procedures, and type professional correspondence related to submitted documents.
Candidates for this position should enjoy transactional work in a deadline driven environment.
Little physical effort required. Duties are primarily sedentary. May be required to move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.
