YOUR TASKS

Reporting to the Operations Duty Manager, you will work on 24-hour shift to supervise the Operations team for handling non-conforming shipments; conducting/coordination of warehouse searches generated by network trace requests; information updating for both in/outbound lodgment; distribution of operations equipment and providing administrative support to the Operations Department of Central Asia Hub. You will also be required to monitor your team’s performance, motivate sub-ordinates for good team spirit and assist the Manager on manpower allocation.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Diploma holder or equivalent with 5 years’ relevant experience, in which 2 years at supervisory level
  • Knowledge in air freight industry is an advantage
  • Good team leadership and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive and quality initiative
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and shift
