Are you ready to wave your magic wand and make dents disappear? Join us at Dent Wizard as a?Paintless Dent Removal Technician?and turn your skills into unlimited earning potential! We’re on the lookout for a PDR Technician who can bring the magic.
What You’ll Do:
Cast Spells on Dents:?Use our proprietary process to repair ding and dent damage for customers, either on a mobile route or at an assigned location.
Enchant Customers:?Review your work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate to gain approval and build business.
Train Future Wizards:?Get involved in training other Techs and work with your manager to prospect new accounts.

What You Need to Succeed:
Excellent Communication Skills:?Interact with customers and build accounts.
Strong Work Ethic:?Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Toughness and Grit:?Work outside in all kinds of weather.
Physical Stamina:?Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Manual Dexterity:?Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
Valid Driver’s License:?A good driving record is a must.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution). For more information on our benefit offerings, please visit our Dealer Tire Family of Companies .
