Administrative Clerk - State of NM temp job - Military veterans preferred

ATA Services is currently seeking to hire an experienced Administrative Clerk to work on a temporary assignment with the State of NM – Healthcare Authority.

• Rate: $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8 am – 5pm
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: December 2024
• Location: IN-OFFICE - Santa Fe, NM

Job Duties:

The positions will be processing criminal background checks, reviewing dispositions and charges, processing Rap Back sheets, and generating letters and answering phones.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience working as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk
• High School degree
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Significant experience with office management and daily operations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good practical experience with MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of office equipment.
• Strong verbal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
