Transfers potential new Business Customer to Field Sales Specialist
Manage customer booking: Follow up and communicate customer order confirmation (SI) with customer and oversea including send instruction to Operation and Overseas Team to execute customer booking/shipment
Updated shipment status to Customer and Overseas
Provide the irregularity from Operation to Customers if required
Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations, and participate in their programs
