We are looking for a highly motivated HRBP for warehouse operations.
Role Description:
Partner with warehouse leadership to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support and guidance.
Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment and selection processes for warehouse positions.
Provide guidance and support on employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
Conduct regular HR audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and communication strategies.
Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment practices, and HR policies and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse data and make informed HR recommendations.
Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
Flexibility to travel between our warehouse locations and work 6 hours/8 hours per day,
