Your tasks

• Support definition of People Experience Strategy & Execution
• Support deep dive of People Experience projects around (digital) “People Journeys” and “Moments that Matter” and scale them globally
• Track, measure and analyze success as well as derive actions for continuous improvement

Your profile

• Graduation (Bachelor or Master) in (business) psychology, social science, business informatics, media & communication, language & cultural science, human resources, economy or user experience design before April 1st, 2025
• First professional experience (up to 3 years) in the area of User Experience Design, Workshop Facilitation, Project Management; experiences in Start-ups or Employee/People Experience area and experiences as Trainer/Facilitator are beneficial
• Fluent English skills, German is nice to have
• Self-motivated team player with can do attitude
• Very good communication skills and a creative head with a good sense of humor, resilience and empathy
• High level of organizational skills and self-drive
