Paradigm is an accountable specialty care management organization that has historically been focused on improving the lives of people with complex injuries and diagnoses. The company has been a pioneer in value-based care since 1991 and has an exceptional track record of generating the very best outcomes for patients, payers, and providers. Deep clinical expertise is the foundation for every part of Paradigm’s business: risk-based clinical solutions, case management, specialty networks, home health, shared decision support, and payment integrity programs.

We’re shifting the paradigm to the management of musculoskeletal injuries. Musculoskeletal injuries are associated with high costs to employers such as absenteeism, lost productivity, and increased health care, disability, and worker’s compensation costs. While Paradigm has been the leader of catastrophic injuries, we’re ready to take the lead on musculoskeletal ones!

We are seeking a Telephonic Musculoskeletal Care Manager to cover most ofthe United States. The Telephonic Case Manager role is a remote, home-based position. This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work-related, musculoskeletal injuries, which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals who are both English and Spanish speaking. The Telephonic Musculoskeletal Care Manager works with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees, and closely monitors the progress of the injured worker and reports results back to the employer and insurance carriers.

A differentiator to traditional Telephonic Case Management and the Telephonic Musculoskeletal Care Manager at Paradigm is our digital engagement tool the Musculoskeletal Care Team, and the program’s value-based care philosophy. Injured workers are enrolled on our patient engagement tool to facilitate case management and paired with a dedicated care team to include the Telephonic Musculoskeletal Care Manager and Care Coordinator, who is non-clinical. The MSK Care Coordinator supports the Telephonic Musculoskeletal Care Manager in administrative tasks so they can focus on holistically managing the case and getting the injured worker back to their highest level of function. The digital tool enables real-time communication via email and texting, supports engagement with immediate insights into the injured workers’ progress and risk status so the Telephonic Musculoskeletal Care Manager can manage by exception and be proactive in their case management process.

We have been recognized, again! This is Paradigm’s second time in a row being certified as Great Place to Work® reflecting our ongoing commitment to a positive, diverse, and supportive employee-centric culture.
