Job Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Sales Executive to join our team. If you have experience in the industry or sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical device sectors, it would be highly advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of forwarding freight would also be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and expand the freight services business by identifying and targeting new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop customized freight solutions based on client requirements.
  • Drive ROI by effectively managing pricing strategies, cost control, and maximizing profitability.
  • Hit sales targets and achieve revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of freight services and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales within the transportation logistics industry.
  • Experience in managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Forwarding Freight or medical/pharmaceutical device sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and acquire new clients.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to own vehicle.
