We're looking for a B2B marketer with media ad sales marketing experience to join Agency Enterprise Sales Marketing. Our team is comprised of marketers who strategize, activate, measure, and optimize agency partner cohort initiatives to help accelerate advertising revenue growth for Walmart Connect.

In this role, the senior analyst will support and help execute a variety of agency partner marketing strategies in lockstep with Agency Enterprise Sales Marketing leadership and team members. This includes developing sales enablement materials, brainstorming ideas, creating project plans, maintaining program tools and platforms, and executing marketing tactics.

Responsibilities
• Support Agency Enterprise Sales Marketing in driving adoption and advertiser growth for Walmart Connect by working with team members and cross-functional teams, such as Agency Partnerships, Product Marketing, Tech Partner Marketing, Brand Marketing, Events, Corporate Communications, and Research & Analytics
o Tactical elements may include, but are not limited to, helping develop agency-driven case studies and insights, agency presentations and collateral in PowerPoint, marketing templates, project timelines and recaps, newsletter content, and operationalizing marketing plans
• Work with team members and cross-functionals, such as Training & Education, Agency Partnerships, Tech Partner Marketing, Partner Growth, Lightbox Creative, Research & Analytics, and Brand Marketing to develop best-in-class educational tools, and collateral to scale L&D and Certification adoption among agency partners
• Collaborate with team members to build agency partner marketing strategies and success metrics for industry events, brainstorm event topics and activations, create event collateral and recap decks, and support activations
• Showcase your passion for storytelling by helping the team produce insights and narratives that demonstrate how Walmart Connect solves challenges for agencies and their clients
• Maintain and optimize Agency Enterprise Sales Marketing's sales enablement repositories
• Work with Agency Enterprise Sales Marketing leadership and team members to streamline processes and optimize reporting to measure performance that supports future scale
• Contribute to the success of Agency Enterprise Sales Marketing by helping the team achieve OKRs within budgetary and timeline scope while ensuring projects support the broader business objectives of the Agency Partnerships team and Walmart Connect

Requirements
3+ years of relevant professional experience in areas such as B2B marketing, media ad sales marketing, integrated marketing, marketing strategy, Agency Holding Company business services, retail media, programmatic, and/or eCommerce
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills that encourage cross-functional teamwork and strategic thinking
• A proven track record and passion for:
o B2B marketing strategies
o Sales enablement plans
o Project timeline development
o Presentation creation, inclusive of case study decks
o Storytelling and presentation writing
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products
• Ability to support multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced matrixed environment with effective time management skills
• Proactive, flexible, and willingness to pitch in as Walmart Connect continues to rapidly scale and evolve
• Ability to drive efficiencies through process improvements
• Detail-oriented and organized, with an appreciation for trackers and process documents
• Ability to communicate and operationalize strategy
• Ability to use research and insights to craft compelling narratives
• Familiarity with advertising solutions such as, but not limited to, programmatic, search, display (on- and off-site), DSP, DOOH, social, CTV, livestreaming, etc.
Retail Media, Integrated Marketing, and/or Agency experience preferred
