Responsibilities- Ongoing communication with each retailer by leading or facilitating weekly status calls and tracking open items
- Assist with planning new store setup and support
- Assist with executing new product and program launches
- Marketing and advertising support:
Maintain marketing and advertising calendar and marketing tracker
Plan, setup and manage promotional activity tracker and creative for all promotional assets
Support and participate and annual tradeshows
Assist with analyzing and maintain a database of all promotions/shipper/planogram analysis
Manage and track spending of all contract associated funds, including creating check requests and Oracle offers
Reporting and analysis:
Assist with and support weekly, monthly and annual reporting for retailer and InComm including a monthly scorecard/recap
Assist with and support ad hoc analysis including, product, fixture, competitive ad tracker and SKU rationalization and analysis for POG in JDA
Assist with and support forecast new opportunities and existing business in retailer commission, topline, and GAAP $
Work with InComm category analysts to run and review promotional results
Support with presentations for business review presentations, promo summaries, new partner/program proposals and partner alliance
Maintain fixtures components, inventory and planograms utilizing JDA software
Primary Liaison with InComm warehouse team to support all kitting and orders
Assist with the on-going management of InComm Auto Replenishment and OOS levels
Maintain and manage InComm’s MDM (Merchant Data Management) for new store locations as well as zero store sales management
Secure allocations from individual product owners as needed, to get ETAs on new products/initiatives, etc.
Manage all new production requests working with DC to ensure inventory is delivered on time for launches.
Forecasting future needs on cards based on a formula that includes current sell-through rate, expansion and new stores.
Liaison for store support and merchandising initiatives and maintenance.
Support retailer product information system, I.E. Product Information Management (PIM) softwar
Work closely with merchandising to ensure inventory is being counted and recorded correctly.
Collaborate with merchandising teams on special initiatives/resets/addressing problems to resolution
Reviewing reports/pictures provided by merchandisers to ensure execution and compliance with account team and retailer strategy.
Regular support, troubleshooting and resolution for store level, billing and Customer Service Issues
Ongoing Maintenance of databases, including: master store list, fixture list by store, pricebook and InComm merchant program file.
QualificationsBachelor's degree. Significant work experience may be considered on a case by case basis in lieu of a degree
1 to 3 years of Account Management experience
Experience utilizing JDA or similar POG software
Point of sales marketing services or sales experience
Prepaid or gift card business experience
Risk analysis
Strategic account planning
Communication and teamwork
Business strategy and process skills
Previous experience in vendor analytics preferred
Proven ability to function in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
Ability to create and analyze product sales reports
Proven ability to create and implement strategic plans
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Proven ability to prioritize workload throughout multiple accounts
Must be driven to identify and meet customer needs and expectations
Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively and resolve client issues
Ability to project manage through planning and scheduling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Proven ability to work independently
