Overview

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Agile Learning Experience Coach to join our Learning Organization!

The role of Agile Learning Experience Coach is instrumental in cultivating a culture of adaptive and continuous learning within our organization. Your focus will be on learning experience design, facilitation, enablement, and coaching. You will work in partnership with your team and business/training partners to craft innovative and immersive learning journeys, while also coaching and empowering partners and stakeholders to excel in this domain. Central to your responsibilities is the application of systems thinking to align strategic and operational organizational goals with the thoughtful design and evolution of learning experiences and the broader learning ecosystem.

Collaborating closely within agile team and across departments, you will drive the development of a learning ecosystem that caters to the ever-changing needs of our learners in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. This pivotal role not only shapes the present learning landscape but also influences the future trajectory of the learning culture within our organization.

This position, situated within the HR organization, supports enterprise-wide needs and serves the business through various touchpoints, including HR Business Partners, decentralized training organizations, and the sponsors and stakeholders of strategic initiatives and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and incorporate the needs of our business at a strategic level to design learning strategy that supports the entire organization and design learning experiences that result in behavior change and increased value in the business
  • Design and evolve a strategic learning strategy that supports the organization, incorporating modern design principles and adult learning essentials.
  • Leverage human centered design and design thinking methods to analyze and recommend business focused solutions and produce compelling learning experiences
  • Create and maintain a robust learning ecosystem, foundational for technical and leadership skills development across all levels of the enterprise.
  • Champion adaptive learning culture, driving continuous improvement and responsiveness to evolving learner needs using organizational change management methodologies.
  • Lead the development of innovative, learner-centered experiences emphasizing real-world application and behavior change, integrating neuroscience / brain-based insights.
  • Facilitate dynamic live learning experiences, interactive modules, and host virtual environments that engage learners and achieve tangible outcomes.
  • Facilitate in person and virtual design and research focused sessions
  • Optimize the technology learning stack to support decentralized training and organization-wide learning teams and initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to co-create learning solutions aligned with strategic business objectives, using coaching and facilitation to promote collaborative value delivery.
  • Partner with HR business partners to understand needs of the business and support those needs through learning experiences, coaching, mentoring, facilitating, and strengthening the overall learning ecosystem.
  • Utilize learning analytics to assess needs, gather feedback, and measure the impact of learning initiatives within a decentralized training environment. Use these insights in a continuous cycle of improvement of the learning ecosystem.
  • Create and evolve a learning ecosystem for enterprise that is foundational for decentralized training / learning groups and all employees to pursue technical and leadership skills development and mastery.

Successful Candidates will have:

  • Strong understanding and application of design thinking, human – centered design, systems thinking to support organizational learning, development, organizational change enablement and team effectiveness.
  • Adept in creating and growing relationships with peers, partners, business sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly across business and technical teams.
  • Track record in designing and implementing transformative learning strategies in complex organizational settings.
  • Deep knowledge of human-centered design, adult learning principles, and neuroscience in learning experience design.
  • Strong leadership and change management abilities to foster continuous learning and improvement.
  • Demonstrated capability to facilitate engaging learning experiences across various modalities and emerging technologies.
  • Experience optimizing technology platforms and solutions for scalable and decentralized learning enablement.
  • Skilled in using learning analytics to shape strategy and measure learning impact and behavior change.
  • Hands-on experience with LXPs, LMSs, and virtual experience technologies or similar.
  • Adaptability in dynamic environments, managing multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Passion for learning and development with a deep understanding of adult learning principles and neuroscience.
  • Proficient in adult instructional design methodologies and modern learning technologies.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional team skills.
  • Ability to innovate and refine learning experience solutions based on feedback and data insights.
  • Proven track record of success in applying organizational change management methods.

Location:

This role is either remote or hybrid out of one of our offices, based on the candidate’s location. For hybrid office locations, we Succeed Together though in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience designing and facilitating transformative learning experiences on a cross functional team in a corporate environment.
  • 5+ years of coaching and enablement experience in a solution focused setting
  • 2+ years of experience in change enablement and implementing organizational change
  • Experience on cross functional team and with adaptive, iterative, agile methodologies and practices
  • Experience with Human Centered Design methodologies, design thinking, or equivalent
  • Hands on experience with modern learning tech stack platforms, which include learning experience platforms (LXPs), learning management systems (LMS), and virtual experience technologies or similar

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Coaching and facilitation certification or equivalent experience
  • Certification of standardized organizational change management methods
  • Use of cutting-edge technology enablers such as AI, Machine Learning and Large Language Models
