You will act as a System Support Analyst in the Compliance and Performance Management team, focusing on supporting our business partners as well as the other teams in the department. Your role will be to coordinate changes to be rolled out to 300k users across the globe i.e. software, policies.

Additionally, you will be supporting change projects executed to enhance our services. You will also support Incident and Problem Management processes while having confidence in troubleshooting and a problem-solving mindset.

Your duties encompass defining data analyst requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, promoting the standard to internal users, and ensuring timely delivery. Building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, and cooperating with external service providers are essential aspects of your role.

As a System Support Analyst in the Compliance & Performance Management team of Digital Workspace Services, having profound Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of either Reporting, Data Analysis, or Project Management will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you are eager to learn more about Microsoft M365 and other end user technologies. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
