DHL Group is expanding and we're launching new automotive operations in Debrecen! As an Industrial Engineer, you'll play a key role in our new ramp-up. You'll be responsible for the design, planning and implementation of our industrial processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with other team members, using your expertise to drive improvements and maximize productivity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Using MTM to measure the time and methods required for our operations
Reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings to understand and plan workflows
Identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions in a timely manner
Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation
We're looking for someone with:
Proven experience in the automotive/production/logistic industry
Knowledge of Methods-Time Measurement (MTM)
Proficiency in Hungarian and English
Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
