Job Overview

Under the direct supervision of Manager, Customer Support Center, the Specialist, Quality Assurance (Customer Support Center) is responsible for coordinating the activities required to meet quality standards. The individual will also monitor and advise on the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and will produce data and generate reports on performance, measuring against set indicators. Where appropriate, the Specialist, Quality Assurance (Customer Support Center) will advise on changes and their implementation and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.

Minimum Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

2. 1+ year experience in call quality assurance monitoring and coaching experience required.

3. 1+ year of experience with Medical Claims and Medical Authorization process or in medical or healthcare environment preferred.

4. 2+ years of customer service call center environment strongly preferred.

5. Bilingual in Spanish required.

Compensation

$24.00 - $28.51 hourly
