Are you experienced in mechanical project management and ready for a new challenge? We're looking for a Mechanical PM to lead large-scale boiler retrofit projects for our commercial and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit mechanical and boiler systems thoroughly
- Develop project scopes that meet ROI and payback goals
- Work with utilities to secure project incentives
- Manage projects to hit profitability targets
- Coordinate resources for comprehensive projects
- Partner with the sales team to deliver client value
- Keep projects on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years in mechanical project management, especially in construction.
- Strong knowledge of boiler systems and mechanical contracting.
- Experience with utility incentive programs.
- Familiarity with the HVAC supply chain in construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel 20-30%
Preferred:
- Candidates from Massachusetts, Connecticut, or New England
- Background in construction project management
