Paradigm is looking for a long-term temporary Accounts Receivable (AR) Assistant. The AR Assistant will support MSK Care Management, a value-based solution for musculoskeletal injuries. The person in this role will perform duties that include invoice preparation, data entry into the accounting system, verifying transactions, maintaining records, communicating with customers and general AR support, in collaboration with departments such as Sales and Customer Service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

What are we looking for? An applicant who:

  • Has experience with medical billing, including reasons for denial, fee schedules, etc., including familiarity with using a CMS/HCFA-1500 template.
  • Is eager to learn new processes and expand on their existing skills.
  • Shows superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Is committed to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Demonstrates professionalism in their communication.
  • Has experience working with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
