Join the PacifiCorp Customer Care Team and work from your home office! We are pleased to offer a unique opportunity this to residents located in Carbon and Emery Counties in Utah. PacifiCorp is seeking customer-centric candidates to grow and sustain our commitment to a culture of customer service excellence, environmental sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion. We strive to provide our customers a welcoming experience where their questions are answered, concerns are addressed, and they feel we’re taking a proactive approach to any issue they may have. This position involves resolving incoming call inquiries from customers. Inquiries range from reporting and providing information about power outages, resolve billing questions, complete start/stop service requests, setting up payment arrangements and much more.
Training hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 9:15am-6:15pm. for the first 90 days and may include mandatory overtime. Following training, shifts are assigned based on customer need and can be anywhere within our operating hours(7am-9pm M-F, 8am-7pm Saturdays and potential of working holidays) Note: shifts won't change day by day or week by week it will be a set shift and most likely a late morning to early afternoon start time
Training will be on site in a location in Price Utah for the first week and remotely following. Commute may be required 1-2 times a month for training to our West Valley City, UT location.
o Note: Company will provide reimbursement for mileage or potential overnight lodging.
