The purpose of your role as a Sales Director
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for meeting the annual sales plan for the regional service business including all branch maintenance and/or project sales plans. This includes managing all sales personnel in conjunction with local leadership. This position will lead the local/geographic sales team through expansion into new and existing markets and will serve as a business-focused sales professional providing strategic business direction to the regional general manager and operations team.

Pay Range: $132,524 - $198,786
The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
