We are currently seeking a Retail BAT Analyst to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail BAT Analyst to support our retail operations by ensuring the efficient management and development of our retail systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks related to system development, account management, retail operation support, and reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.      System Development & Testing: Gather requirements, raise Change Requests (CR), conduct testing, and troubleshoot system issues for retail platforms (DHL POS, Retail Portal, Retail App).

2.      Account Management: Create and maintain accounts for retail partners and staff, manage POS system updates, and ensure accuracy in account details and system setups.

3.      Retail Operation Support: Resolve system-related issues, coordinate retail campaigns, manage notifications and banners, and handle billing disputes.

4.      Reporting: Generate and compile regular reports on retail operations, including voucher usage, Smart QR User lists, and prepaid running numbers.

5.      Project Management: Handle upcoming tasks such as Shopify admin management, E-credit setup for campaigns, and automation processes.

Desired Skills / Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

·       Proven experience in a similar role with a strong focus on system analysis and retail operations.

·       Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

·       Strong organizational and project management abilities.

·       Familiarity with retail systems, account management, and campaign coordination.

·       Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.

·       Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Educational Qualification

·       Diploma (or equivalent) or higher
