Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician works to complete all maintenance and groundskeeping tasks as deemed necessary by their supervisor. Their work includes completing daily work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, proper groundskeeping, trash removal, equipment repair, etc WhatYouWill Do
Maintenance and Safety: â?? Complete work orders for residential units and common areas as needed â?? Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use â?? Knowledgeofpainting and drywall repair â?? Adheringtopreventive maintenance programs to the building as required â?? Identify and repair potential safety hazards â?? Adheretothecompanysafety policies and safety measures â?? Performall other duties and tasks as assigned by management
