Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician works to complete all maintenance and groundskeeping tasks as deemed necessary by their supervisor. Their work includes completing daily work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, proper groundskeeping, trash removal, equipment repair, etc

WhatYouWill Do

Maintenance and Safety:

� Completeworkorders for residential units and common areas as needed
� Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use
� Knowledgeofpainting and drywall repair
� Adheringtopreventive maintenance programs to the building as required
� Identify and repair potential safety hazards
� Adheretothecompanysafety policies and safety measures
� Performall other duties and tasks as assigned by management

Other:

� Mustbeabletoworkafullshift / required work schedule
� Mustbeabletoworkonanon-call basis
� Mustbeavailable for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
� Mustbeavailable to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hour

Ideally, you'll have

� HighSchoolorequivalent education preferred
� 3+yearsofmaintenance experience
� Basicunderstanding of MEP systems
� Knowledgeofgeneral maintenance methods and processes
� Manualdexterity and problem-solving skills
� BeaCertified Pool Operator (CPO)or able to attain within the first 3 months of employment
Specifications (All Engineering Staff)
� Requirementtolift up to (75) lbs. as needed
� Theability to use a variety of hand and power tools
� Mustbeabletoworkinenvironmentally and physically challenging working conditions
� Mustbeabletodemonstrate safe work practices and the proper use of PPE
� Musthaveavaliddriver's license, valid insurance, and reliable transportation
