GENERAL SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, this position is responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with environmental health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all employees and maintaining safe and healthy Communities for the residents.

Under the direction of theChief Human Resources Officer, this position is responsible forensuring the company's compliance with environmental health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all employees and maintaining safe and healthy Communities for the residents.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The job duties listed are essential functions of the position. However, other duties may be assigned, and may also be considered essential functions of the position.

1.Develop and implement Front Porches strategic plan to ensure all employees and residents have a safe and healthful environment.

2.Proactively performs environmental, health and safety assessments to identify areas of potential concern and creates plans for immediate mitigation.

3.Design and implement plans that promote a healthful environment and reduce safety concerns, updating as necessary.

4.Ensures that the Front Porch complies with all appropriate regulations from relevant regulatory agencies.

5.Designs and/or performs Home Office and Community safety training sessions for employees and residents to meet the developmental and learning needs of the organization.

6.Ensures completion of required OSHA recordkeeping and reporting.

7.Provides analysis of key performance indicators for management including the identification of trends, recommendations, and strategies for Environmental Health and Safety programs.

8.Manages the performance of, and documents, accident investigations, providing solutions to Home Office and Community leadership that ensure similar situations do not recur.

9.Manage the training and development of safety leader at Corporate and the Communities.

10.Meets with and evaluates technical information from material suppliers and service contractors on various equipment, materials, tools and their contract services available.

11.Performs all other related duties as assigned.
