We’re searching for a Morristown, NJ based Customer Support Associate to join our Client Support team, so that we can address both business and technical challenges within our Life Sciences software solutions. The Customer Support Associate will be the bridge between our clients and our Life Sciences software solutions to uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Serve as first point of contact to address customer inquiries via ticketing system

  • Take ownership of client issues related to functionality and utilization of our products in order to resolve technical and business challenges

  • Proactively initiate communication with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for areas of improvement

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams in order to facilitate comprehensive issue resolution

  • Continuously assess processes to boost departmental productivity

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Prior experience in a customer support position

  • Proven success in handling ten or more customer tickets simultaneously

  • In-depth knowledge on how to utilize Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to commute to Morristown, NJ once a week

  • Sincere interest in providing superb level of customer support

  • A knack for working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
