The Role:
Our site in Bedford seeks a Manufacturing Operator to join our team. The Manufacturing Operator position is responsible for operating assembly equipment and/or second operation machines through various tasks such as green forming, sintering, laser cutting, wet saw cutting, inspecting, trimming, testing, fixturing, assembling, and packaging membrane products. Completes other duties as assigned. This role will be assigned to the Ceramic Cell area and will be a 2nd shift, 2 pm-10:30 pm, Monday -Friday Shift.
What You’ll Do:
Inspecting and setting up parts for FEP spray.
Spraying parts with FEP Chemistry.
Inspecting parts from vendors and measuring them for conformance.
Fixturing parts for bonding processes.
Working with various Chemicals and chemistry with required PPEs
What We Seek:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) \
Minimum of a year manufacturing experience (Machine operation, a plus)
Able to work 2nd Shift and weekend Overtime when needed.
Able to work around chemicals (FeCl, HCL, IPA and Acetone).
Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
1 year of Manufacturing experience
6 months of cleanroom work experience.
Flexibility to be trained and cross trained.
Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine etc)
