Threat Tec is seeking an experienced IM/KM Integrator (2) to join our team. This role is pivotal in integrating people and processes with technology to enhance information management and knowledge management capabilities. The successful candidate will drive organizational performance and decision-making through effective management of the information life cycle, ensuring operational advantage and information dominance.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration of Capabilities: Oversee the effective integration of data, information records, and knowledge management systems to ensure that all mission partners have access to critical information and expertise for achieving decision superiority.
- Management of Information Elements: Manage the interconnected elements of data information, records, and knowledge, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Facilitation of Decision-Making: Enhance shared understanding and enable faster, more effective decision-making and execution.
- Learning and Innovation: Focus on learning and innovation to support the commander's decision cycle, improving organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Timely Information Delivery: Ensure the provision of timely, accurate, andrelevant information crucial for planning and conducting integrated air, space, cyberspace, and Joint operations.
- Data to Decision Model: Implement collaboration, analysis, deliberation, and judgment to convert raw data into actionable information, enabling knowledge creation and transfer at the speed of relevance.
- KM Components Implementation: Apply the following Knowledge Management components to improve unit performance and mission execution:
- People: Facilitate leaders who create, organize, apply, and transfer knowledge.
- Processes: Develop methods for creating, organizing, applying, sharing, and transferring knowledge.
- Tools: Utilize digital and non-digital tools to organize and deliver knowledge products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current DoD Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access.
- Proven experience in integrating information and knowledge management capabilities.
- Expertise in transforming raw data into actionable information and applying the data to decision knowledge model.
