Threat Tec is seeking a skilled Capability Integrator to manage the development, experimentation, and post-experimentation actions for SOCPAC's prioritized emergent capabilities. This role will be crucial in supporting the fielding of new capabilities to USSOF and ensuring effective coordination across various defense and operational entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experimentation Management: Plan, manage, and execute experimentation working groups under the direction of the SOJ37.
  • Requirement Development: Support the creation of operational needs statements (ONS), joint urgent operational needs statements (JUONS), and other requirement documents.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with the Department of Defense (DoD), Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD R&E), INDOPACOM, SOCOM, and SOCOM and INDOPACOM Service Components to support SOCPAC's experimentation efforts, including funding support.
  • Testing and Evaluation: Enable testing and evaluation of emergent concepts, capabilities, and formations in exercises.
  • Situational Awareness: Maintain situational awareness of SOF service component capability developments.
  • Additional Support: Be prepared to support other experimentation requirements as identified by the SOJ37.
  • Communication: Utilize excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate information clearly and concisely.

Measurable Skills and Qualifications

  • TS//SCI security clearance required.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing experimentation and capability development efforts.
  • Strong ability to support and develop operational needs statements and other requirement documents.
  • Excellent coordination skills with various defense and operational entities.
  • Ability to maintain situational awareness of SOF service component capabilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
