We are seeking a motivated and experienced Creative Project Manager to join our growing Creative Studio team, reporting into the Head of Creative Studio. This role facilitates the process, prioritization, and execution of multiple and concurrent creative and content projects while collaborating with internal teams and clients, to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives that support our company's global growth.

You Get To:

  • Maintain a comprehensive view of Creative Studio projects
  • Ensure creative and project briefs are complete and accurate
  • Identify and assign work to the best suited resources, build project plans, and coordinate schedules for timely project completion
  • Review, prioritize, and adjust task deadlines based on current work, incoming work, the team’s work schedules, and project deadlines to ensure evenly distributed workloads and avoid rush jobs
  • Conduct weekly production/job status meetings with applicable teams
  • Communicate specific tasks and corresponding deadlines to team members and hold team members accountable to assigned work
  • Coordinate and assign work to freelancers (as needed) to ensure they are meeting timelines and requirements
  • Update the applicable internal clients on any changes to a project schedule or if a project is in danger of missing its deadline
  • Follow established job systems and help identify new systems in partnership with Creative Operations to streamline workflows and improve efficiencies
  • Build relationships with co-workers through excellent interpersonal and communication skills striving for a positive and collaborative environment

Qualifications:

  • 4+years’ experience planning, coordinating, and administering workflow in a marketing, advertising or in-house creative studio environment
  • Strong proficiency in project management, time management, and understanding the creative development process
  • Knowledge of traffic management and creative operations best practices
  • Experience with creative workflow optimization and resource allocation
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and administering workflow in a marketing, advertising or in-house creative studio environment
  • Familiarity with project management and creative software (Asana experience a plus),
    problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze project performance data
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in various stages of production
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to establish project deliverables & timelines
  • Written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and an aptitude for making quick, quality decisions

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$84,000.00 - $106,000.00
