Finance & HR Services (FHS) at DHL Group – that’s us! We deliver shared services in Finance and HR for our divisions within the group.

 

Our HR Services run e.g. the payroll for more than 350.000 employees within DHL working in 28 countries across the globe. They also offer time & attendance management, employee data administration and reporting, travel & expense processing and other services.

 

Job Purpose:

  • Provides day-to-day payroll and admin support to the business units and/or HR Business Partner to ensure that the local/offshore payrolls and HR administration are promptly and accurately. Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
 

Your tasks:

  • Administer defined and specific HR processes and policies such as talent management and sourcing, compensation & benefits, learning and development, employee and labor relations, employee communications, employment documentation and contract management, organizational design and change management
  •  Undertake a limited range of HR work, typically routine work requiring limited background research
  •  Focus on delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all HR process and policies
  •  Recognize issues and trends related to HR processes and address the same as per guidelines, else escalate for resolution
  • Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations
 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree or relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of work experience in HR / Payroll area
  • Advanced English (French would be an advantage)
  • Knowledge of HRIS system would be a great plus
  • Competent in computing tools (Word, Excel)
  • Customer service oriented personality
  • Teamplayer
