JOB SUMMARY:

The Quality Control Specialist will conduct thorough and detailed quality inspections of products during both inbound and outbound processes. The Quality Control Specialist will identify issues through quality inspections, respond appropriately, and propose improvement solutions. Additionally, this position is responsible for inspecting, testing, and analyzing products, ensuring that issues are resolved through this process. The Quality Control Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and meeting customer expectations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Quality Issue Monitoring.
  • DOA reporting to headquarters.
  • Minimize quality problems by monitoring & feedback on DOA improvement plan of headquarters.
  • Check and share the progress of the issue escalate to headquarters.
  • Checking the progress of the headquarters design changes and monitoring the timing of application.
  • Continuous monitoring of production line application of quality-related headquarters requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor staffing levels and skill sets to ensure a competent and motivated workforce.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
  • New Software release to production line.
  • Monitoring and feedback on problems in S/W team after distributing new software.
  • Work with Software Team to verify that the software requested by the customer is optimal for the Machine operation.
  • In the event of a machine problem caused by a software failure, accurate information about the symptoms is provided to the Software Team to quickly resolve the problem.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Provides the technical skills and knowledge needed to optimize and efficiently manage quality of product.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Degrees in fields such as engineering, business, Quality control management, or related areas may also be considered.
  • Understanding Drawing design capabilities like CAD are preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
