Responsibilities

Revolution is now hiring for a Maintenance Manager in Hudson, WI. This strategic role involves managing the maintenance of production and facility equipment, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with strong attention to detail high accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and electricians, ensuring all work is performed safely, effectively, and promptly. Manage performance evaluations, scheduling, and development of maintenance personnel.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify and prioritize critical maintenance needs, ensuring alignment with production and facility objectives.
  • Evaluate existing system designs, identify inadequacies, and propose modifications. Secure management approval for changes and oversee their implementation to enhance system performance.
  • Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department and across plant processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define and execute the vision, objectives, and strategies for the Maintenance Department. Develop and manage key performance metrics to track and drive progress.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of predictive and preventative maintenance programs to ensure high asset availability and reliability.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, and keep detailed equipment history records.
  • Introduce and integrate new technologies to advance maintenance practices and operational capabilities.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to plant leadership, offering solutions for complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, promoting a safety culture within the plant.
  • Effectively communicate business decisions and changes from plant management to maintenance teams, fostering engagement and understanding.
  • Oversee the training and professional development of the maintenance team, with support from Maintenance Supervisors, to enhance team skills and performance.


Qualifications



  • A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is strongly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in plant maintenance or engineering, with a proven track record in managing maintenance operations and reliability teams.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. Familiarity with extrusion technology or blown film equipment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage maintenance and reliability teams effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to troubleshoot various issues and program PLCs and Drives (Allen Bradley, ABB, Siemens, Honeywell, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with Metric driven reliability preferred.
  • Positive, results-oriented with a focus on achieving operational goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
