Summary
Trailer Bridge is looking for energetic, self-motivated go-getters to join and be part of our fast-growing logistics business. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for analysis of Trailer Bridge's Logistics Division.
Essential Functions:
Provide data analytics for internal Carrier Management program.
Create analytics for pricing strategy and evaluation of pricing effectiveness.
Strong proficiency working with Excel Pivot Tables and Charts, VLOOKUP, Functions, and Formulas. Knowledge of SQL and Power BI a plus.
Remain a Point of contact for third party TMS carrier tools and compliance.
Analyze, build, and maintain analytics to monitor productivity around key metrics.
KPI and reporting creation, implementation and monitoring.
Facilitation of EDI setups, working with our customers and vendors to automate shipment information.
Create and Improve carrier booking and carrier scorecard SOP's.
Work with branch network to match carrier partners with customer opportunities.
Participate in carrier management processes, such as selection, qualification, or performance evaluation.
Communicate new carrier providers opportunities to Logistic Branches.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 + years of proven experience in (3PL) Third-Party Logistics operations with focus on building and maintaining carrier relationships or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Detail-oriented
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive approach to analyzing, diagnosing, and prescribing business solutions to meet company goals
Ability to travel and connect with and coordinate between key customers and internal/external stakeholders
Experience leveraging technology enabled solutions a plus
Strong oral, written communications and presentation skills
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications
Exemplary communication skills both oral and written
Consistently meets deadlines
Creative and driven to find or create solutions
