Senior IT Portfolio Manager Lead - Military veterans preferred

Position Summary

This is a HYBRID position located in Bethesda, MD.

NCC is seeking a Senior IT Portfolio Manager Lead to join our team for an upcoming contract award that will support and continuously enhance Federal IT and digital capability with a focus on cybersecurity and customer experience.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for IT management, mission-driven IT governance, and Federal IT portfolio management.
• Provide expert knowledge of federal policies for Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), including Technology Business Management (TMB) and EPLC requirements to support the contract's IT Investment portfolio.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with GAO, OMB, HHS.
• Provide knowledge of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level system analysis, design, integration, and documentation.
• Provide extensive knowledge and advice on exceptionally complex problems for effective implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (must be able to pass a criminal background check and credit check).
• 8+ years of related experience in technology strategy and portfolio management.
